Prayer Requests from Ward Ballard Director of ISM for the Navigator Ministry: 1. We are very focused on building up our younger generation of ISM staff. Our main Strategy is the place new staff into Healthy Teams we call HTTVs(Healthy Team Training Venues) currently we have five locations and hope to expand to ten. 2. We are also giving much focus to recruiting and training Volunteers. We began with about 300 volunteers and are seeking to develop 300 more. In this category we are trying to improve our connections with 1080 alumni scattered around the globe. Thank you for praying for the Navigators!
