Pay for the

Pay for the directors of the various ISM groups. Pray for a real sense of partnership but also healthy vision for the individual ministries. Pray for wisdom on what expansion looks like, which partnerships make sense, the balance of team health and aggressive ministry development, stewardship and extravagance in doing ministry. Provide for each of these ministries. Pray for humble leaders in each of these. Pray for Paula Parker, Rich Mendola, Seng Tan, James Paternoster, Marc Papai, Trae Vascek, etc. (I’m forgetting a lot of others and even some friends at this hour… forgive me). Guide them Father to know your heart, do what you want us to do and position us to REALLY be strategic for the kingdom as is the promise of ISM.
