Our students and ISI staff do service projects with this ministry in Colorado Springs. We want to bless them and Colorado Springs through our prayers. 1) Pray for favor with local elected officials and appointed leaders that we work with throughout the year; that they would see the value of the local Church as contributors to the flourishing of our city and its people. 2) Pray for unity in the local Church; that church leaders would move beyond territorialism and tribalism, and start seeing one another as partners in Gospel work despite our differences. 3) Pray for energy and wisdom in the next 2-3 months; we are planning a major event in March, after which I’ll be headed out on sabbatical for 90 days. We need to be doing the right things now so we can enjoy the fruits later. 4) Lastly, and obviously, pray for the name of Jesus to be lifted high through His people in our city.
