Pray for more workers for the harvest, and for wisdom in guiding the new workers God is raising up—whether American students, international students in our groups, recent retirees, or potential international staff—to faithfully do what He has called them to do, short- and long-term.
Pray also for clear pathways for our current and potential international staff, whether God is calling them to stay or go. Ask God to give us eyes to see what He is doing and wisdom to discern their next steps.
