Pray for an upcoming visit from A, a student who was very active in our fellowship from India. Pray that God would bring Christians into her life in her new job in Texas and that He would open doors to spiritual conversations while she comes to spend a weekend with us. Pray that God would clear her mind to perceive truth and act on it.

Pray for the upcoming "Thrive" meetings (on-line women's meetings), especially the one in February, that God would anoint that time and that it would meet a deep need for women who are fearful. Pray that God would anoint our team as we plan and pray. Pray that many women would be prompted to come and embrace hope.

Please pray for the 2 internationals I have met over the passed 3 months from Uganda & Nigeria. Neither have financial funding and are struggling to pay rent, let alone tuition. I'm helping them with food from church. They are Believers and have been praying & fasting as they fill out applications for financial assistance. So far, nothing has come through. They can only work 20 a wk on campus. Then yesterday, I was introduced to another from Nigeria, who couldn't continue his program because of the tuition debt he has already incurred. They each need a MIRACLE of provision. Pray with me that Jehovah Jirah provides all they need to complete their degrees...they have just started, though they have degrees back home. Thank you! Please pray for (female), A from Japan, to hear of God's love for her as she reads the Bible and comes to know Jesus.

K. received Christ while a student about 20 years ago. As a very intelligent and gifted leader, he has achieved success in a way that many only dream about, but he is a prodigal. Pray for his return to the God who calls him. Pray, Mark 8:34-38 over him.

A. was an active part of our local ministry for at least 5 years. He rarely missed the Friday night Bible study, but never made a decision for Christ and returned to Indonesia still a Buddhist. Pray for A. his wife and 2 children to come to know God as Savior and Lord and pray discernment for me in our virtual contacts.

Please pray that God would bring us in contact with additional students with hungry hearts. A good many seem to be concerned about Covid and seem less eager for interaction.

Informed by 2 Corinthians 10:3-5: "Demolish the strongholds, arguments and pretension that set themselves up against a true knowledge of you, living God."

This is a praise: God met us in our conversational English group yesterday in special ways. I felt it was a direct result of time spent in prayer this week with ISI. New women came, one a new refugee from Afghanistan. Another woman, watching our group as we met in a park outside, saw us and came up afterwards inquiring about our group. She herself a refugee from Eritrea! She will now be in our group. Fingerprints of God all over our meeting. Glory be to the Lord who hears us and does great things!

Isaiah 30:21 And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, "This is the way, walk in it," when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left. Lord, thank you for your direction, your guidance. Show us which way to go

Pray for M a former student who is bringing his new wife back to India to live near the Boston area. Pray God would bring believers into their lives to welcome her and bring them both into Christian community. May they both come to Christ

Praise God for the beginning of a new partnership with a church up in Denton, Texas after meeting with a young church leader whose wife is still at student at the U of N. TX and both seem eager to renew and strengthen ministry there in Denton where we've had ministry for nearly 40 years through the Smicks initially! Pray for strong development of friendship partners and connections with more international student for their church

Please pray for my wife and I as we serve IS here in the DC area. Pray for our religious visa application approval and that the Lord will open the doors miracously for us to get our visa quickly. Pray for our mental and emotional health especially for my wife as she just started in her 3rd trimester of pregnancy! It's been a challenging time of uncertainties so we need to be strengthen in Spirit! We're so thankful that thus far the Lord has helped us!

Please pray for our Bible Study meetings and for the students who are asking lots of questions - especially Akhil and Roshan, Hindu students from India. Please pray that they will find true love in Jesus Christ and surrender their lives to Him before they return back home!
