For our Tampa team: wisdom and unity as we seek God's direction in growing the on-campus ministry at University of South Florida. Continued favor with the International Student office; develop ways to meet more students on campus and effectively incorporate volunteers and new staff. We are thankful for Ryan and Caroline Geer! Please pray for their PD - that they would be blessed with Your provisions.
Thank you, Father God, for bringing Christian students into our midst. Please help us to encourage / disciple them well with wisdom and discernment. Thank you for Terry as he leads our M:28 study. Please bless these graduate students with good results in their studies and projects. Assure them of Your great love and provision for them. For those who have yet to make a commitment to follow You Jesus, we pray for their hearts to be overwhelmed by Your presence. We also ask for healing for their families and loved ones in China dealing with the recent spread of COVID. May You Father God be praised as Healer.
1. Deeper intimacy with God and sacred companions in my spiritual journey. 2. Wisdom to know students and to be known by them well. 3. Growth in taking the lead for COM Philly team and the fellowship for Temple University. 4. The physical and spiritual well-being of my family in China. 5. The smooth process of my green card application so that there will be no gap for my visa transition.
Pray for my husband Bill total recovery of terrible throat ulcer induced by COVID. Pray for Christian and seeker students will be eager to join fellowship this semester. Pray also for support development , time management, rebuild different network. I am grateful that some of my student friends join ISI World changer conference and Urbana and were very encouraged. Praise Him.
Praise God for all the opportunities we have to reach the nations living among us. Pray for us to be obedient to His call for holiness and that God guides and directs all of our efforts through the power of the Holy Spirit. Pray for unity among our teams, that we can exemplify the love of Christ as we serve Him together. Pray for God to bless our efforts to make multiplying disciples to further His Kingdom.
Matthew 9:36-38 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them because they were confused and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. 37 He said to his disciples, “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. 38 So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.”.... Father we pray to you the Lord of the harvest to send us more workers and that You will allow and enable us to see a great harvest from every tongue and tribe and nation in 2023.

Pray for all the seeds that have been sown over at Arizona State University during our big Warm Welcome last week and our Launch Party last night. Pray for the seed to be watered and for fruit as we have invited the new international students to connect with volunteers from the local churches. Pray to as we begin weekly Bible discussion groups... that students would be discipled in faith through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Is. 55:8-11 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. 9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways And My thoughts than your thoughts. 10 “For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, And do not return there without watering the earth And making it bear and sprout, And furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; 11 So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. "Father we declare that your Word would be unleashed on every campus across this nation. That your Word would run with power and would not return empty but would accomplish that which you desire. We declare this in Jesus mighty name for His glory!"
Pray for "paradigm shifting" events this semester like special retreats, trips, Tejas, TRUE leadership, etc. where students take major jumps in their journey to Christ. Pray that God will bless those events both in implementation but more so by revealing his presence to students to take large steps closer to Him. Pray that they can see big hearts, unity and answered prayers during these times.
